How I Can Help
NEW PATIENT
The initial exam for the first time patient
Schedule a hour long one-on-one evaluation where the doctor will perform a thorough evaluation leading to a specific diagnosis. This will help the doctor educate you on your condition and answer any questions you may have. In addition to evaluation, some treatment will be provided, given time allowances. You will leave with questions answered, educated, and feeling like you have a concrete plan to achieve your wellness or fitness goals.
FOLLOW UP SESSIONS
Progressive Sessions
These thirty minute follow up sessions are where the real change happens. We continue to get you out of pain or reverse dysfunction, and then work together to add strength and stability. Whether a sports injury, getting ready for delivery, or recovering from anything from surgeries, to birth, strength and consistency is essential. We work on teaching you how to maintain independently.

PAYMENT IS DUE AT TIME OF SERVICE
In order to provide you with quality, thorough, and personalized care, I am not contracted with insurance companies making me an "out of network" provider. I can provide you with a detailed bill you will submit to your insurance company for direct reimbursement honoring your benefits. I am happy to assist you with this process, but please note you are responsibility for submitting your claims to your insurance company. I accept all major credit cards (including HSA), cash, checks, and Venmo payments. If you wish for further clarity please notify the office.
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for all appointments.
